Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast, and captain for her team in the US women's Olympic gymnastics the 2012 Fierce Five team as well as in 2016. the Final Five. Aly Raisman was awarded three gold medals during the 2012 Olympics, in London. Additionally, she brought home a bronze medal on balance beam. This meant that she was the very first American in the Olympics who had the most amount of medals. She took gold for team at the 2016 Olympics and was her as well as Gabby Douglas first Americans to be the first pair of gold medalists back-to-back. She also won silvers in individual all around and for floor work. After the second Olympics she was off for three years from gymnastics. Additionally, she was part of the gold-winning American team at the two World Championships. She learned gymnastics from the age of two and her most loved event is Floor Exercise. Aly has joined the Uniting Against Lung Cancer group to honor her late grandma. She is planning to pursue an occupation in fashion and is looking to increase her leotard line and socks in future. Fierce is a book that she will release later this year.
